How do I use the OneLogin Portal mobile app?

The OneLogin Portal Mobile App allows you to access your OneLogin applications via a mobile device.
NOTE: You must have already set up your Carthage OneLogin account and two-factor authentication to use this app.
Download the App
Access the OneLogin Portal app via the links below or search "OneLogin Portal" on your mobile device's app store.
Log In to the App
- The OneLogin Portal app will ask for your organization's URL. Enter carthage, so the text reads carthage.onelogin.com
- Confirm your identity using your OneLogin multi-factor authorization method.
Create Passcode/Set up Biometrics
Creating a passcode or biometrics ensures that only you can access your OneLogin Portal on your device. Enter your device passcode within the OneLogin Portal app, then create a unique, OneLogin-specific six-digit passcode to log into the OneLogin Portal.
If biometrics are enabled on your device, the OneLogin app can use biometrics, such as Face ID, as an alternative to your device password/code.
Access Your Carthage Apps
All of your OneLogin apps are available via the “Company” tab.
Profile
You can access your Profile via the hamburger menu in the top left corner. The app provides access to the same profile options as the OneLogin browser experience: Profile, Change Password, Authentication, Browser Extension, and Recent Activity. You can make changes to the above options here.
Settings
You can access your Settings via the hamburger menu in the top left corner. You can enable Face ID and change your OneLogin app password, log out of the OneLogin Portal, and review the app's privacy policy.
