How do I request a room for our group with Ad Astra?
Answer
To be able to request a space in Astra for an organization, club, or department, you must:
- Log in to Ad Astra through OneLogin. This creates your user account.
- Email help@carthage.edu and include the name of the organization and the names of the contacts that should be affiliated with it in Astra.
- Wait at least 2 business days for us to complete the process.
- Use the instructions at https://carthage.libanswers.com/faq/348214 to request the space you want. It will need to be approved by the TWC staff.
