Congratulations Graduate!
Please be aware that your Carthage systems access will end on June 1, the year following your graduation.
For example, May 2026 graduates will have access until June 1, 2027. After June 1, 2027, they will no longer be able to log in to OneLogin, Carthage email, Google Drive, and all other Carthage online systems. Email accounts will be permanently deleted. December 2026 graduates will have access until June 1, 2027 as well.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You will have access to the following services via OneLogin until June 1, the year following graduation:
- Google Workspace for your @carthage.edu account (Gmail, Google Drive)
- Workday (unofficial transcripts and tax forms); after access ends, contact the Registrar's Office for transcripts, Human Resources for employment tax forms, and Student Financial Services for tax forms and bill payment)
- Nelnet (for making any remaining payments)
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO NOW
If there is information you want saved from your Carthage Google Workspace, start transitioning files from your Carthage Google account.
- Begin moving your important files, emails, calendar, and contacts to a personal account.
- Share or transfer Google documents that others may need to a Shared Drive.
- Transfer ownership of Google Calendars you've created (for example, a calendar for a student org or club).
- Update your email address elsewhere
- If your Carthage email is connected to other platforms - such as YouTube, Amazon, banking or financial services, streaming apps - update those accounts with your personal email address to avoid service disruption.
- Stay connected with Carthage
- As alumni, we want you to continue to receive important information from the College. Please take a moment to share your personal email address with the College using this Contact Information Update Form.
