How do I check and monitor my OneLogin Activity

OneLogin Profile > Recent Activity Detail

Once you are logged into OneLogin, click your name in the top right corner, then click on “Profile”

On the left hand side of your profile, locate and click on “Recent Activity”

Recent Activity as shown below provides 4 Tabs (All, Login, Password and Factors)

  1. “All” tab shows all activity included in each tab
  2. “Login” tab shows login and logout information including IP Address which you can use to verify your approximate location to verify it was you.
  3. “Password” tab will show password change activity and include the IP address the change was made from
  4. “Factors” tab will show any changes made to your security factors (MFA method used) and also the IP address it was changed from.

The IP Address is a unique number assigned to your device from the network you’re connected to and you can use this tool to enter that IP to get an approximate location of that Address.

Note: user locations are defined by login IP Address.  These are typically accurate, but not always.  If you see anything suspicious regarding the login IP shown, email help@carthage.edu to bring it to our attention.
