How do I change my photo in Workday?

Photo recommendations:
- Keep it professional.
- Size: The maximum image size (in terms of storage) is 10 MB.
- Use square images for best results. Because images typically display as circles within Workday, images in any other shape don't fit properly, resulting in white spaces in the circular area.
- An image about 200 x 200 pixels produces good results for most applications.
- File Format: Workday supports JPG and PNG
Steps to change your photo:
- From the home screen, type Change My Photo in the search bar
- Once in the task, attach your photo
- Crop/expand the circle to include your face
- Click OK
- Click Submit
Faculty/Staff: The request will go to the Marketing and Communications office for approval.
Students: The request will go to the Dean of Students office for approval.
