Can I watch Kanopy through my Roku?

You may connect to the Carthage Kanopy subscription through your Roku device.
1. Go to your Roku channel store and search for the Kanopy app.
2. Click the "Add Channel" button for Kanopy.
3. You will have to log in to your Roku account.
4. The app will install on your Roku account.
5. On your Roku device screen, look for the new Kanopy app. Click on it to launch.
6. You will be asked to log in. You won't be able to do it there from the Roku device. Go back to your browser window and navigate to Kanopy through the Carthage subscription.
7. Once you have reached Kanopy you will be asked to log in. Click "Continue with Google" and enter your Carthage credentials.
8. Kanopy may ask if you are affiliated with an organization. Under "Are you a student or professor" click "Find Your University." Enter Carthage College in the search box.
9. Click the "Log in to Carthage" button on the next window.
10. If you are off-campus, you will be asked to log in for remote access. Use your Carthage username and password.
11. Once you are logged in to Kanopy on your browser, navigate to www.kanopy.com/link (which should be the message on your Roku device). Enter the code that you see on your Roku device screen in your browser.
12. Your Kanopy app on your Roku should now be connected to the Carthage Kanopy subscription.
