  • Only current/active students can access the Navigate Student.
  • Use your Carthage credentials to log in. Use the same username and password you use for your Carthage account access

  • Clear browser cookies and cache.
  • Navigate works best with the Chrome browser. See all browser requirements below

Navigate Student App

  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Use the most up-to-date operating system for your phone
  • Apple: Phone must be compatible with iOS 15 or 16
  • Android: Phone must be compatible with the latest Android operating system, currently Android 13.0 (Android 12, 12.1, and 14 should also work)
