How do I see previous course evaluation submissions as a faculty member?

Answer

A faculty member is allowed to see student course evaluations previously submitted via the CoursEval system.

  1. Log in to the OneLogin portal.
  2. Click on the CoursEval icon. It may be located under the "Carthage: All Apps" tab under the Search bar.
  3. Click on the "Reports" button at the upper left.
  4. Use the drop-down menus across the top of the window to get to the year and semester you are interested in. If you are the Department Chair you may see evaluations of other faculty as well. (There may be a "page 2" on the results page.)
  5. Click the evaluations you are interested in, then click either the "View PDF" or "Print" button.

NOTE: Carthage began using the CoursEval system in Fall 2019, so the historical evaluations only go back to then. If you need something earlier, it will likely be in Onbase. Email help@carthage.edu if you need assistance.
