How do I login to school dude for maintenance requests?

Answer

If you are a current member of the Carthage community (faculty, staff, student), you may submit a request to the Maintenance Department through the OneLogin portal. 

  1. Log in to OneLogin (carthage.onelogin.com) with your Carthage username and password.
  2. You should then see an icon for SchoolDude under the "Carthage: All Apps" tab under the search bar.
  3. Create your request from the form that pops up. You may check the status of your requests via that page as well.
