The OneLogin Protect app push notification isn't working. What should I do?

If you are using the OneLogin Protect app on your mobile device as your 2-factor authentication method, sometimes it might not work properly.
If that is the case, try the following:
- Make sure you are connected to the Internet. The app will only work if you are on the Internet.
- Restart your phone. Most of the time that will take care of the issue.
- If you are still having trouble, email help@carthage.edu and a LIS staff member will get back to you.
Once you have access to your OneLogin account again, we highly recommend setting up a second 2-factor authentication method within OneLogin. If you do that, if the OneLogin Protect app isn't working properly, you may change the authentication method and log in that way.
