What do I do if the OneLogin Protect app push notification isn't working?

Sometimes the OneLogin Protect app may not work as expected. If that is the case, try the following:

  1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. The app will only function if you are connected to the Internet.
  2. Check your notification settings: Open the OneLogin Protect app, go to Settings > Notifications. Ensure push notifications are allowed.
  3. If a notification doesn't arrive quickly, open the OneLogin Protect app to retrieve the 6-digit OTP code. Then, on the device you are trying to log into, select "Enter code manually." Enter the code.

Once you have access to your OneLogin account again, we highly recommend setting up a second 2-factor authentication method within OneLogin. If you do that, if the OneLogin Protect app isn't working properly, you may change the authentication method and log in that way.
