How do I access OneLogin if I have a new phone/lost my phone (reset 2FA)?
If you no longer have access to the mobile device that you connected to your OneLogin account and you didn't set up an alternate 2-factor authentication method, you will first need to contact the Hedberg Library Information Desk (create a ticket) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do so from your Carthage email and include your ID number. One of the OneLogin administrators will need to reset your 2-factor authentication method.
Once you receive communication from the Information Desk and have verified your identity, log in to OneLogin using your Carthage email address and password. You will be prompted to set up your 2-factor authentication method again.
