How do I find the QR code to access OneLogin Protect?

Answer

What if I’m trying to use the OneLogin Protect app and don’t see a QR code on the web browser on my computer?

If your mobile device (via the OneLogin Protect app) is asking you to scan a QR code, the Library must create a temporary token (a code) for you to access your OneLogin account and request the QR code be resent. Please email help@carthage.edu saying you don’t have a QR code available to scan and we will walk you through the next steps.

OR,

If you have a second 2-factor authentication method set up, enter your Carthage username and password on the OneLogin screen. Click on the “Change Authentication Factor” link on the next screen.

Once you gain access to your OneLogin account in your browser, you will click your Profile in the upper, right, then choose “Security Factors” on the left. Click “Add Factor” and choose “OneLogin Protect.” That should prompt you to see the QR code to scan with the OneLogin Protect app on your mobile device to finish pairing your cell phone with your OneLogin account.
