Changing Your 2FA Method When Logging In

If your primary authentication method isn’t working, or you forget your phone, or you get a new phone, you may want to change your authentication method.

  1. Enter your username and password on the log-in screen.
  2. You should have received a push notification via your primary 2FA method, but if you didn’t, choose “Change Authentication Factor” at the bottom of the window.
  3. Select the Authorization Factor you want to use. If you had previously set up a second 2FA factor, you should be prompted with that notification type.
