Changing Which Two-Factor Authentication Method to Use

If your primary authentication method isn’t working, you've forgotten your phone, or you've got a new one, you may want to change your authentication method.

  1. Enter your username and password on the login screen.
  2. You should have received a push notification via your primary 2FA method. If you didn’t, choose “Change Authentication Factor” at the bottom of the window.
  3. Select the Authorization Factor you want to use. If you had previously set up a second 2FA factor, you should be prompted with that notification type.
