Changing Your 2FA Method When Logging In
If your primary authentication method isn’t working, or you forget your phone, or you get a new phone, you may want to change your authentication method.
- Enter your username and password on the log-in screen.
- You should have received a push notification via your primary 2FA method, but if you didn’t, choose “Change Authentication Factor” at the bottom of the window.
- Select the Authorization Factor you want to use. If you had previously set up a second 2FA factor, you should be prompted with that notification type.
