How do I recover my forgotten or expired Carthage password in OneLogin?

If you forgot your Carthage password, or it has expired, go to OneLogin and click the “Forgot password” link at the bottom of the window (don’t try to log in first).
Then enter your Carthage username.
Choose which authentication factor where you want to receive your temporary password.
Access either your SMS text application, your alternate email account, or your OneLogin Protect app for information about your password reset.
Click on the link to reset your password.
