Navigate Student: I can't access the Navigate app.
For Students
Answer
- Check the operating system for your phone.
- Apple: Phone must be compatible with iOS 15 or 16
- Android: Phone must be compatible with the latest Android operating system, currently Android 13. (Android 12, 12.1, and 14 should also work)
- Are you an active Carthage student? Only current/active students can access the Navigate app.
- Are you using your Carthage credentials to log in? Use the same username and password you use for your Carthage account access
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Still having issues, submit a ticket to navigate@help.carthage.edu
