How do I view rooms in the Ad Astra calendar?

Access Ad Astra via the OneLogin portal.
To display the schedule (availability) for a specific room on the calendar,
- Click the “Calendars” tab.
- Click the “Scheduling Grid” link.
- Click the “Day” or "Week" view tab.
- Click on the drop-down menu next to "Choose Calendar." Once you've chosen a calendar, the available rooms will be listed below. For each room you should see times to the right with meetings/events blocked off.
Now that you know if a room is available, you are free to request a particular space for your event. Log into Ad Astra and proceed to request your room reservation.
