Frequently Asked Questions

Once a document is opened in the Document Viewer, a user can delete the document by performing the following:

1. Open a document to delete.
2. From the open “Document Viewer,” right-click and select “Delete Document.”
3. Click “Yes” to confirm deletion.
4. The system then sends the document to the Trash Can.
