Groups: How do I manage email membership in Google Groups?

- Log in to your Carthage Gmail account.
- Click the Apps grid in the upper, right-hand corner. then click on "Groups."
- Click "My groups."
- You may only edit membership in groups for which you are the owner or assigned as a manager. These roles are indicated under the group name.
- Click "Manage" underneath the group you'd like to edit.
- A screen opens displaying the members of your group.
- Click on the small box in front of a member’s name to select that member. That will enable the “Actions” link at the top of the page.
- Click on the down arrow next to the word “Actions” to display the various actions that can be assigned to the selected group member.
- To add members to your group, click on “Members” on the left side of your screen to assure the sub-menu beneath “Members” is visible.Click on “Invite members” if you wish to extend an invitation for someone to join your group.Choose “Direct add members” to populate your group without sending invitations and awaiting responses.
