For Helpdesk Staff: How do I unlock a user locked out of OneLogin?

Sometimes users enter their login credentials incorrectly and get locked out of OneLogin. You are able to unlock their account to allow them access again.
1. Log in to your OneLogin account. You have special administrative privileges as a library helpdesk employee.
2. Click "Administration" in the upper, right-hand corner.
3. Click "Users."
4. Click "Show filters." Select "Status" > "Locked."
5. Search for a username. Click on their profile and click the "Unlock" link at the right.
6. You will see a confirmation window. Click "Unlock."
