For Helpdesk Staff: How do I change a user's Carthage password in OneLogin?

1. Log in to your OneLogin account. You are given special administrative privileges through your work for the library helpdesk.
2. Click "Administration" in the upper, right-hand corner.
3. Click "Users."
4. Search for a username.
5. Click on the user to open their profile. Once in the profile, click "More Actions" and then "Change Password."
6. You will need to create a randomly-generated password for them and enter it in the "New password" box. Use the following site to create one: https://passwordsgenerator.net/.
7. Click "Force user to update" to prompt them to change their password once they are logged back in.
8. Click "Update."
