For Helpdesk Staff: How do I add attachments to an existing Request Tracker (RT) ticket?
Answer
- Log in to Request Tracker at help.carthage.edu using your Carthage username and password.
 - Bring up the ticket you're interested in (you may be able to search for it by typing the RT ticket number in the search box at the upper right).
 - Under the "Actions" menu on the upper right, choose “Comment.”
 - Type in comments if you want to.
 - Near the middle of the screen, click the “Choose File” button to the right of the “Attach:” field.
 - Navigate to find the document you want to attach. Click “Open.”
 - If you need to add more attachments, use the “Add more files” button.
 - When finished, scroll down and click the “Update Ticket” button.
